We look forward to serving you!  We understand that we all have busy lives, so we want to make the most of the valuable time our technicians are in your home.  Here are some tips to help you “Experience The Finest In Carpet Cleaning Today!”

• Vacuum your carpets within 24 hours of our arrival.  This will allow for a more timely and efficient cleaning appointment.  Remember, vacuuming at least 2 times a week in high traffic areas and at least once a week in low traffic areas is recommended in maintaining the health of your carpets.  Vacuum as often as possible.
• Remove all breakable items from the cleaning area and store in a safe area (lamps, collectibles, etc.).
• Remove all items, other than furniture, off of the carpets (toys, pet dishes, magazine holders, waste baskets, clutter, etc.).
• Our technicians will move small-to-medium sized furniture such as tables, chairs, sofas, recliners, etc.  We will place protective pads under the furniture when it is moved back to its original place, to protect the carpet and furniture.  Please wait 24 hours to remove these.  See post-cleaning instructions.
• Large pieces of furniture or extremely heavy items will remain in place under our regular pricing structure (most beds, entertainment centers, hutches, pianos, etc.). We will clean up to the outside edges of these items.  If you would like us to clean under large furniture items, please have these items moved away from the cleaning area before our arrival.  If you need help moving large furniture items, this can be done at an additional charge.  Please contact Breathe Free prior to your appointment time to discuss this option.
